We can color match specific colors if needed. Finishes include gloss, semi-gloss, flat, and uniquely textured finishes. Newburgh Metals can provide you with a quick turnaround time as once the product is cooled back to room temperature it is ready for use.
Automated Paint Line
The key to exceptional powder coating is in the pre-treatment process. Our 600-foot automated line not only meets but exceeds industry specifications, incorporating a comprehensive 5-stage pre-treatment wash that provides industry-leading corrosion protection.
Powder Coating Booth
For larger components, we utilize a 24 x 24-foot powder coating booth, complete with a matching batch oven and a dedicated batch bay, ensuring that we can efficiently handle projects of any size.
