Turret Punch Presses
We operate four turret punch presses, including two fully automated systems. Our newest addition, the Amada EMK M2 Series Turret Punch Press, is designed for large-scale 24/7 automation. This machine delivers unmatched precision and superior reliability. Combining clutch and brake simplicity with hydraulic system speed, it offers high hit rates and precise ram positioning. Its advanced features produce the highest quality fabrication and support complex forming operations, eliminating the need for secondary processes.
Laser Cutting
Of our three laser cutting machines, two are fully automated. Our newest, the Tumpf Laser 1030 Fiber Cutting Machine, delivers high-quality performance with ultra reliable laser cutting. Utilizing advanced nanojoint technology, the machine secures components with a small stop point at the bottom of the kerf, minimizing damage and preventing tilting during cutting. This method results in tighter nesting and cleaner contours. The Trumpf Laser 1030 ensures flawless precision, even for the most complex projects.
Metal Forming
Our metal forming capabilities feature 14 state-of-the-art bending machines, including seven Trumpf TruBend models. Among these are two TruBend 7050s as well as five 5000 series machines, recognized worldwide as the highest performing bending machines. Featuring a 6-axis backgauge and angle measuring systems, the 5000 series machines excels at bending complex thin sheet parts with exceptional accuracy.
